I explained to Robert that my vehicle had insurance covering repairs and there was a $100 deductible that I would pay. Robert contacted the insurance company and explained what repair was needed and t covering repairs and there was a $100 deductible that I would pay. In addition to the repair, I asked Robert to have the oil changed and do the annual inspection of my vehicle as required by Texas, to get the annual window sticker. Robert called me to let me know what the charges would be and said my car would be ready for me to pick up after noon the following day. More

Customer service is great. Appointment times are kept. Robert was courteous and his estimated time for completion of service was right on. The main complain I have is that I received a quote to execute a job (VTC flush) for 303 USD, then a week later I’ve got a coupon for 15% off. I went to the dealer to perform the job and I ended up paying execute a job (VTC flush) for 303 USD, then a week later I’ve got a coupon for 15% off. I went to the dealer to perform the job and I ended up paying 301 USD. So there were some fees added plus taxes that actually eat up the discount. I really dont like when things like this happened, I feel disrespected More
