My mother and have dealt with this dealership for around 5years. Mr Roberts has been almost like an uncle or brother in helping my mother in getting great used car after my dad passed. one of her 1st vehicl 5years. My husband and I had the best experience with Robert! He was very professional and friendly. Robert had the car we were interested in ready for a test drive the minute we got there. When we decided this was the car for us he made the whole buying process very painless. We actually enjoyed this buying experience with Robert. Once all the papers were signed Robert took the time to introduce us to the various options on our car which he didn't have to do but we really appreciated him taking his time with us after the sale was finished. He was a pleasure to work with the beginning to end and I would recommend Robert and Tom Bannen Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Robert was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. We had been looking at SUVs and were pretty sure that we knew what we wanted.
