We woke up at 3 AM and drove more than five hours with a check in hand, only to arrive and find that the vehicle wasn’t even prepared for us to see. What had been described as being in “excellent condition” was anything but. The chrome had been wrapped in black vinyl that was peeling and shrinking, and there were multiple scratches—none of which had ever been disclosed. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading information, Robert simply reminded us that their vehicles are sold “as is,” offering only excuses and shifting the blame onto us. We had been reassured that they were a customer-focused, friendly dealership that would treat us right, but we ended up feeling completely misled. On a positive note, Raleigh, their Finance Manager, was genuinely kind and did his best to assist us; unfortunately, the situation had already gone too far to be salvaged. More
