Positive: This dealership had a nice quantity & quality of vehicles. It was clean and spacious. Vehicle pricing is top tier. Negative: Our experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. We drove 5 h of vehicles. It was clean and spacious. Vehicle pricing is top tier. Negative: Our experience was very frustrating and uncomfortable. We drove 5 hours to get to this dealership because we felt it would provide us with the best experience (per reviews) and deal (per research), yet it did not. 1. Salesperson-Michael exhibited a subpar level of customer service. He was inattentive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He was not welcoming and stayed on his phone texting/reading messages. He did not explain anything about the vehicle. When he pulled the vehicles up for us to look at them it was raining. He expected us to view them in the pouring rain. His excuse was there was no room under the overhang that customer view vehicles. Why, because another staff member's personal vehicle (per Michael's report- which was true Miata- tan cloth drop top) was parked under the overhang. My hubby drove us to the WAWA so we could be under an overhang and view the vehicle without continuing to get soaked. When we asked questions, Michael replied in an agreesive tone and his words were biting. I had enough and proceeded to let him know how his behavior was affecting our customer experience. 2. Now after signing the buyer's sheet is when we were informed that they had made a mistake with pricing due to sales tax. This now was increasing the price by approximately $2.5k. Not a cheap mistake. Mind you this was the 2nd buyer's sheet in approximately 3 weeks. You had my address and where I planned to register this vehicle at from the beginning. This was the final straw and we had to just walk away. We understand mistakes happen, but mixed with horrible customer service is a deal breaker for us. Would we have closed the deal with the mistake yes, but we refuse to give our hard earned money for poor customer service. More

I'm from a Mazda family and was devastated when my 2021 Mazda 3 was totaled in the tornados we had. Went over in Saturday and got a 2024 Mazda 3 as my first ever brand new car off the lot! The team was amazing I had excellent assistance by Alex, Robin, and especially Gabriel. I was in and out in a few hours, I only wish I could keep a pocket size Gabriel to be my living Mazda manual. Gabriel made car shopping fun. I never thought I’d say that about car shopping. After two trips to Gem Mazda to drive three different cars, I put a deposit down on one and then cha I never thought I’d say that about car shopping. Instead of rolling his eyes, he took me on another drive and provided tons of nerdy car information that helped me make a great choice. I bought a vehicle that fits my needs without breaking my budget. He is professional and really cares about making sure his customers make an informed decision. 10/10! More

After having a pretty negative experience at the local CDJR dealer, I thought I would try car shopping at Gem Mazda. As I parked and began walking towards the used car section, Caleb Hannah came right out CDJR dealer, I thought I would try car shopping at Gem Mazda. As I parked and began walking towards the used car section, Caleb Hannah came right out and greeted me. I told him that I was there to see a particular used car they had advertised, and he directed me right to it and began telling me the history of the car, how the dealership came into possession of it, and other useful/important information about the car. Caleb did this off the top of his head. I was in a hurry between work meetings and Caleb did not waste my time. He offered me a quick test drive and was able to provide a very fair "out-the-door" offer, which after consideration later that afternoon, I accepted. Caleb arranged financing and made the entire process as painless and pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Caleb and the Gem Mazda team to anyone interested in buying a new or used car.
