Absolutely terrible experience, they sold us a certified car with issues that their mechanics can’t fix. They had false advertisement on their website about an exchange program also. Sales managers won’t ta car with issues that their mechanics can’t fix. They had false advertisement on their website about an exchange program also. Sales managers won’t talk to you to negotiate or when there is an issue. Sales manager kept yelling out to the sales rep, expecting him to jump up and run over. Terrible culture, and terrible ethics. My salesman was Romen Artalejo and he was very responsive and genuinely kind. He’ll return your calls and texts and answer your questions. I enjoyed the service he provided. I will say I let one slip during financing with the Finance Manager. He went over the Lojack part fairly quickly and said it’s part of the car already which I understood as the previous owner had it installed and paid for but I misunderstood. I should’ve looked more closely and saw he added it my contract for an additional $1250 or something like that. I would have declined that right away if I was paying more attention. It didn’t even save me much in my insurance premium. So watch out for that. Romen is great though. I recommend you work with him and do your research on interest rates and hidden/added on charges. More

My wife was looking for an Audi and we decided to go to Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He made us feel like he wasn’t Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He made us feel like he wasn’t concerned with “making the deal” but rather; what was the best car for my wife. He was transparent, and a true professional. We met with the manager, “Kevin” who again, was truly a pleasure to deal with. He was fair on the trade in price of the vehicle we brought in and you could tell that he and Romen work well together. Once we found a car, we met with AJ in finance. Again, he wasn’t pushy about the warranty packages but rather, what would be best for us. The whole experience from beginning to end was positive and I truly appreciated being treated with respect, kindness and dignity. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved! More
