I could hardly believe what the Financing guy said to me. His name is Eli. He told me that I didn't have a choice.. I had to purchase the 10 year warranty. I should have left at that moment. If anyone has ever seen the movie Fargo, dealers always tend to say, “let me take this to my boss, then we’ll see what we can do.” Then the dealer goes into the boss’ office and says things like, “Hey, yo tend to say, “let me take this to my boss, then we’ll see what we can do.” Then the dealer goes into the boss’ office and says things like, “Hey, you see that game on Sunday?” “Oh, yeah, I think they really have a shot this year.” Then the dealer comes back and says, “You know, if you can put down three to five thousand dollars down, we can probably get that payment right where you want it.” Regardless, Joe’s customer service was on point, never pressured me. All the employees were friendly. Customer service is what sells and Joe and every peripheral employee were very pleasant. Taking the deal or not, can you walk away? That’s up to the buyer. My wife and I were on vacation when the air conditioning went out. We found Venice Toyota and they were able to get our vehicle in to check out the problem and fix it the same day.
