After going to a dealership and CarMax, I went to Ron Bouchard at Euro Motorcars I purchased a Toyota Tacoma truck that was too big for me to handle. After going to a dealership and CarMax, I went to Ron Bouchard at Euro Motorcars to get a quote to sell it. I thought I was going to a local dealer, but Euro Motorcars has a car-buying service -- and I am so glad they do. This gives them a broad market so they can be competitive with places like CarMax, who deal nationally. Ron's customer service -- and price for my truck -- surpassed the others, including one online company that, I learned, had misled me. I brought their documentation in and Ron showed me how they misrepresented what they would pay me. It wasn't that he was against everyone -- he said that he knows CarMax well, they're "for real" and he communicates with them. He was honest and he walked me through the car-selling process and made it extremely easy. Ron based his valuation on Kelley Blue Book and was more than fair. I have never sold a vehicle before and understanding what documents to bring with me and how the entire process would work made an enormous difference to me in my comfort level in making this happen. The transaction was quick and smooth. I had ended up purchasing an older, smaller, compact truck that's not made anymore and he recommended mechanics who are good and won't charge me as much as the dealership. I'm glad I found Ron and Euro Motorcars. More

Their customer service for their maintenance department and sales team are AMAZING. It’s like the Ritz Carlton of dealerships, I don’t have to stress about the little or big things when I arrive, they always take care of me with a loaner vehicle, small fixes, and great service with a call/text message update. Ron Bouchard sold me my first car, his a Marine (Oorah) and has built a relationship with me since 2015 by following up with a phone call and yearly Christmas cards. I got a great deal on my first Benz, and he really worked with me on my 2nd car today. I’m super thankful! I love working with this dealership, I don’t feel like another transaction but as a family, and I saw that as previous customers stopped by Ron’s desk and dropped off Christmas gifts and told me, his a great guy to work with. 'It has NO RECORDS FOR ACCIDENT, but he just knows it by watching the vehicle, because I AM A PRO!!' that is what he says.. I brought it to another two dealer, examined the car, had no issue, one of the dealer even gave us better than an $7,000 offer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM, he will try to rip you off! Also to add, he was acting like an idiot to another maintenance employee, who was generous to move his own car which was distracting their work. More
