I have always had excellent service at Serra Buick. However, this particular visit was less than spectacular. Ron wrote up the invoice for AC Delco parts and was more than helpful. When I picked up the car a day later than was promised I discovered from the invoice that OEM parts had been installed. The bill was substantially more than I expected. Thankfully, when I went to pay, the receptionist suggested I use my accumulated points to pay for the repairs. I ended up paying only $81 for the oil change and repairs. This was a godsend because I am retired and on a fixed income. More

The service department was great! All the Service advisors were attentive and my service advisor, Ron was exceptionally nice! Came in late afternoon on a Friday and they were still All the Service advisors were attentive and my service advisor, Ron was exceptionally nice!
