Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put th Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put them on the front. The service tech continued to tell me that in his 17 years experience that the new tires should be in the front and not the back. I didn’t believe them, and asked them to send me in writing where it states that in their training. After two days of them searching for the answer, the service manager called me back and admitted they got it wrong and I was right. These guys are liars and have no idea what they’re talking about , they want their customers to think they know everything and just go away. This is the reason people do not trust car dealerships! Even if it is BMW. xxxx poor. More

My experience with Ron Mascio and the TomBush BMW dealership at Orange Park was an outstanding one. I was and still am amazed at the professionalism and friendliness shown by Mr. Mascio and all of the staff during my purchase. They were always ready to assist with any questions and they were "genuine" in their efforts to be helpful at all levels. It was not just about getting me to purchase a car I became if you will a member of the "family" "the BMW family" and I am glad that I did. My previous experience with another dealership in Orlando was less than memorable however, Mr. Mascio turned that all around. Our experience at Tom Bush BMW, Orange Park was fantastic. We went in to test drive a vehicle with the assumption that we could be held captive by a high pressure salesman. To our surprise, we foun fantastic. We went in to test drive a vehicle with the assumption that we could be held captive by a high pressure salesman. To our surprise, we found Ron to be very respectful of our time. We were able to trust him right from the start. Once we decided on a vehicle, Ron and Rick both worked together to find us the best price in the timeliest manner possible. We believe that Ron genuinely cares about his customers by the way we were treated. I would not only recommend Tom Bush BMW to our friends, but I will have them ask for Ron.
