I had appt for 9 for oil change, tech said would be ready around 10 as I was waiting at dealership. At 10:07 received the video from tech with their report. At 10:45 still sitting waiting to be called (car w around 10 as I was waiting at dealership. At 10:07 received the video from tech with their report. At 10:45 still sitting waiting to be called (car was done with mechanic sitting back in spot I left it), I finally went to ask status and he apologized that they were so busy and overbooked. He was nice but appeared stress with how busy it was, although he did walk me to my car Other note my account for some reason didn't have the maintenance plan populated so there was going to be a charge... I did speak with finance who was able to correct that for me More

The service department told me I had a leak from my transfer case needed new brakes and a tear in my drive belt. Transfer case had no leak all fluid was there and a week later my transmission xxxx the transfer case needed new brakes and a tear in my drive belt. Transfer case had no leak all fluid was there and a week later my transmission xxxx the bed. I find the timing odd because I’ve never had an issue with it prior and if there was a leak why couldn’t they determine where it was actually coming from rather than ASSUMING it was in the transfer case. I tried to get a hold of the service manager and it was a case of phone tag where he called me back once and I tried calling back several times. The man who replaced my transmission told me had I brought it in prior I could have avoided needing a whole new transmission and not paying $6,000. More
