Terrible experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. Salesperson promised touch-ups on car before purchase, but that did not happen, we drove an hour to come p I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. Salesperson promised touch-ups on car before purchase, but that did not happen, we drove an hour to come pick up car and was told scratches would be touched up, but when we arrived, the scratches had not been touched, the more major damage had been resolved. Made an appt to pick up the car, and waited for 4 hours to be helped. We were told that they would ship plates and touch-up paint, but had to call at least 5 times to get anyone to acknowledge this. Guess what? Touch-up paint never came. Gave excuses (can't ship touch-up paint due to hazardous materials?). I called at least 3 times to notify the dealership that I received another customer's credit decline letter to my address, but they never answered this concern and didn't care. The level of incompetence at this dealership was staggering. You have so many choices, make a better decision than I did. More

This place is anything but professional. They give the worst deals for trade ins. They called us twice to the dealership, made us wait for at least 30 minutes only to let us know that they don’t have the worst deals for trade ins. Just purchased a new Passport today from Ron. He was fantastic, made sure I got the best deal possible & there was no pressure. I’ve gone to other dealerships where they call/text/email all day long whi fantastic, made sure I got the best deal possible & there was no pressure. I’ve gone to other dealerships where they call/text/email all day long which gets super annoying after a while. AutoSport Honda is the best dealership In the area by far. I’ve had to go to the Service dept. multiple times with my pervious car & they always did an excellent job. This was my first time purchasing a car there & I tons of questions. Ron was super patient explaining everything to me & made sure I understood the price breakdown & felt completely comfortable before buying. He really went out of his way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, that would fit my budget, right when I needed it. Then he had to teach me how to use all the fancy new technology so I could actually drive it :) Ron even helped me get a decal off my old car while I was transferring all my belongings into my new car. I thought for sure it would rip (it had a lot of sentimental-value) but he got it peeled off in one piece...can’t beat that for customer service! It’s extremely rare to find this type of friendly, honest & outstanding quality service anywhere these days. -Excellent car buying experience- I highly recommend Ron @ AutoSport Honda, when shopping for your next vehicle!
