I simply want to say "thank you" to the Service Manager (Roy) and to the Technician assigned to my repairs (Tanner). My issue (repair) was complex in that I had purchased an extended warranty from a 3rd p (Roy) and to the Technician assigned to my repairs (Tanner). My issue (repair) was complex in that I had purchased an extended warranty from a 3rd party to be able to minimize my out-of-pocket costs for a 6-year old Sorento with high miles. Unfortunately, I would discover that ENDURANCE is not a reputable company and they kept "jerking" us (both myself and Gay Kia techs) around. However, even though it was clear to the Gay Family team that this was probably not going to result in the warranty company paying the costs, they (Roy & Tanner) minimized my stress levels with their patience and their advocacy on my behalf. I call that "going above and beyond". More
