Ruben made my ‘deal or no deal’ experience less painful. Still hate the dance you have to go through at these dealerships but it’s getting better. Ruben was more than helpful and has always been patient with Still hate the dance you have to go through at these dealerships but it’s getting better. Ruben was more than helpful and has always been patient with me, even when I walked away once before because the ‘guys behind the glass’ wanted to play hardball. Not sure if it’s them or Chrysler who pushes all these unavoidable fees like KARR alarm, data dots, $500 doc fees etc but whatever. Gotta play the game to win I guess. On a good note, Ruben helped me get into the truck I wanted without the stress. He was straight up with me from the first minute. I tried not wasting his time and he didn’t waste mine. Noah was decent but comes at you with a more traditional sales style so there’s that. Can’t fault the guy, he’s got a job to do but I’d rather not deal with that end of the experience. So far though, I love the truck! We’ll see how their service department is down the road. Hopefully way down the road. More
