I would rate this dealership, but even 1 Start would be too much, this is based on my experience. I feel like they sold me a LEMON, my transmission went out on me after only having the vehicle a good 30 d too much, this is based on my experience. I feel like they sold me a LEMON, my transmission went out on me after only having the vehicle a good 30 days, give or take a day or two. The service I received was, no help at all. Russ made me feel like as a customer I was not worth his time. When I got to the dealship I felt like the service could have been a lot better, but I felt like I was on an island, especially after I bought the 2020 Ford F150. Also, I wanted to get a warranty, but NO ONE could tell me what the warranty covers, but they were able to let me know what it did NOT cover. The 1 Start is because the truck interior was nice. I certainly would not reccomend or buy from this dealship again. I thought I would get better service, and reception, since I came all the way from NC for this truck. More
