Russ was the absolute best to work with. Not only did he keep his word in that, he’d let me know as soon as van came on the lot. He did so in record time. This is my first purchase from Four Stars Toyota in Altus, OK and has proved to be one of my best choices in selecting a dealership with employees that put the customer as #1. My recent purchase of a 2020 Toyota Highlander was a perfect example in selecting an excellent vehicle with unexcelled customer service from Russell Wayne LaFrance (salesman), Gary Deeb (financial manager), and Scott Morris (manager). They proved to make the total purchase and delivery such an easy and fast procedure. The vehicle was in Oklahoma and it was delivered to my home in Richardson, Texas the day as promised.
