All though I was assured I received the best deal I feel this was not the case. I was asked to sign a form saying I can not return the car. I was asked to return a week later for some items to be taken this was not the case. I was asked to sign a form saying I can not return the car. I was asked to return a week later for some items to be taken care of. I returned the stated they could not take care of the items it was warranty and would need to come from Kia. Kia informed me I had no warranty and the items the dealer were I purchased the car could have taken care of the items. I have made three calls back to Rainbow and have not received a response. So now I have to pay for these items to be taken care of. I will never recommend this company to anyone. More

Here’s a real review for you. I’m sure they’ll hide it so customers can’t see how they really perform. Bought a WAGONEER from this dealership. Dealer scratched the wheel on a test drive and is steadily coming up with reasons not to fix it. There is no general manager and only one person, who happens to be on vacation, that can make decisions. Brian, the service manager, was very dismissive with my wife and has no desire to make things right with customer. He only gives excuses. Asked about the owner but apparently he’s not available and doesn’t talk to customers. Avoid this dealer at all cost. More
