Even though I never indicated that I was ready to buy a car right away, he still took the time to explain everything without any pressure. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option we considered and never tried to push us into buying something we weren't interested in. His recommendations felt genuine and personalized, that seemed like he was advising a member of his own family, pointing out what to look for and recommending what would best fit our needs rather than trying to make a sale. That level of transparency and care made the experience exceptional. Once we made the purchase, kept us informed on every step until delivery and even check in after delivery on our new car experience. Highly recommend him! More
