Retired military veteran here, this is the worst Ford dealership I’ve dealt with in my 30 years of owning ford vehicles. The service manager is cocky and very arrogant. I had lady named Wendy give me the keys to my truck knowing my vehicle WAS NOT totally repaired, with a $4k repair bill. This is a very deceptive and deceitful dealership! The dealership manager claimed to be a military veteran and let me tell you he was worst than the service manager. Another smooth talking arrogant person with no morals or integrity. More
