Unfortunately this was not related to the finance department and they proceeding with opening the loan with a higher rate than my bank offered. After working with Amanda, she was able to address my concerns and got my monthly payment where I expected it to be. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make us satisfied with the purchase. After researching several EVs over the past few months, we decided on the refreshed 2024 Q4 for its range, performance, and design. We reached out to multiple dealers across the Midwest, and Ryan Bayer stood out immediately. He was prompt, transparent, and professional in every interaction. His quote was the most competitive and free of the hidden fees other dealers tried to add. Before we made the 8-hour drive to Kirkwood, Ryan discovered cosmetic damage on one wheel and immediately offered to deduct the cost of a new OEM replacement. That level of honesty gave us total confidence to proceed. When we arrived, Ryan encouraged us to take our time inspecting and test driving the car. The damage was purely superficial, and the car itself was in excellent condition. Charles in finance was clear, patient, and straightforward. The financing rate was better than my credit union, and all terms were exactly as discussed. No pressure, no gimmicks. We were in at 9am and on the road by noon, completely satisfied.
