I have been here several times with both my Honda and Acura. Ryan is always awesome. I am sure the others are good but I would not be as sure to go if Ryan was not working there any more. I will say overall Lou Sabh is very good about following up on how things went. I am only hesitant with dealerships because of the cost but I know they will do it right and Ryan is very upfront on the items needed. More

Lou Sobh service is the best there is. I may buy a Honda again for my next car, just because their service is the best. Always a professional, correct and efficient visit to Lou Sobh service! Ryan is always upbeat and I’ve come to see him as a trusted advisor. Most recent visit included a need for new tires at 55k and he sh Sobh service! Ryan is always upbeat and I’ve come to see him as a trusted advisor. Most recent visit included a need for new tires at 55k and he showed me the list of choices and then mentioned his recommendations. No pressure for a particular choice, just knowledgeable opinions offered. Service is always on time and the waiting room is comfortable and provides freshly made coffee drinks if you enjoy that (I do). Only place we consider for service for both our CRV and HRV. More
