I walked in for my appointment, not really expecting anything to come out of it. I met Jamie first and then Robert—both were awesome, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. They understood exactly what anything to come out of it. I met Jamie first and then Robert—both were awesome, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. They understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve by getting a new car. I had rented a Nissan Kicks in Vegas and was really impressed by how it drove, so I wanted to see if I could get one. Jamie and Robert made it happen. I love my ride—the 2026 Nissan Kicks. A couple of days later, I noticed a piece on the passenger side had fallen off. Brian was on it immediately, ordered the part right away, called me as soon as it came in, and installed it. Thank you all for the hard work and for answering every question and concern I had. More

Ryan is the best! I am happy with a basic car and never purchase the extras. I only buy a new one every 10 years because I have always disliked used car salesmen. Ryan I am happy with a basic car and never purchase the extras. I only buy a new one every 10 years because I have always disliked used car salesmen. Ryan changed that for me. He met every NO with kindness, explained the pros and cons for each decision and accepted every NO with a smile. Then when I stopped at the vending machine to grab a snack for the ride home he swooped in and tapped his credit card with a smile and a “thank you for choosing McFarland Nissan and welcome to the family.” He didn’t even get a sale out of me! He’s a true class act! More

Both Jeremy and Ryan were excellent both in kindness and in knowledge as they listened to and answered all the questions my daughter and I had while making decisions in the purchase of this car.
