This is the second BMW that I’ve purchased from BMW of Cincinnati North. I’ve been very happy throughout both purchases. From start to finish, Brad Schultz took great care of us. Very professional! Dealership of Excellence ! The entire team at BMW Cincinnati North are, simply put, an outstanding group. My wife and I were well accepted and received courteous, friendly and excellent service from all that had contact. No waiver in attacking any situation and no problem unresolved. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the special attention we received with each visit by Qasim, Aatir, Brian, Sophie, Jonathan, Shaun, Donnie, Ryan and Chris. Such a wonderful and dedicated group of BMW experts. We are moving to another location and hope the BMW dealership there is able to live up to the high standard provided by the good people of BMW of Cincinnati North. Sells a decent car in a low budget operation If you had looked into the items I asked you too (you had the car for 3 days) and resolved some of them, we might have a discussion about the alignmen If you had looked into the items I asked you too (you had the car for 3 days) and resolved some of them, we might have a discussion about the alignment and tires. Ignoring my concerns, some being safety related, and then trying to sell me tires and an alignment, how unfortunate. I am putting my two bit service dept. experience with BMW North online and answering your survey. I get a laugh out of your response, "someone from mgmt will be contacting you"...no one has contacted me yet. Looks good to prospects, until they read reviews from others like me. Even the person who brought my car to me, after supposedly being serviced, saw all the issues you did not even look at, that were listed on the service order. Based on my experience with your service dept., I am selling the car and buying another one through a different BMW dealership. You sell a good car, but you are a two bit operation More

Decent car, nickel and dime service after the sale I would not buy a BMW from this dealership. The service dept is in chaos and sales knows it. Lexus outshines this dealership in all areas. Friendly and professional service adviser I usually have my car serviced either in "The BMW Store" or here (BMW of Cincinnati North). I have great experience in both places. However, I prefer I usually have my car serviced either in "The BMW Store" or here (BMW of Cincinnati North). I have great experience in both places. However, I prefer coming here when the job is a little complicated. These guys seem more able and knowledgeable. They always do a superb job. The service advisers I worked with also are very professional and accommodating. I certainly would recommend this service centre to anyone, who wants to get the job done without any hassle. More
