This car buying experience is the best I have had in my entire life (47yo). First off, I was texting back and forth with Ryann and she has the most bubbly personality! I said I hope you are my salesperso entire life (47yo). First off, I was texting back and forth with Ryann and she has the most bubbly personality! I said I hope you are my salesperson and she said yes! The entire team seem to support each other and not the other way around! Even in financing, it was a pleasant, not pushy meeting. We visited in August & customer service was excellent. Ryan went above & beyond to answer all our questions about the options for the specific Honda we was looking for with the newest colors for 2025. Eve Ryan went above & beyond to answer all our questions about the options for the specific Honda we was looking for with the newest colors for 2025. Even though we was just visiting with no intentions to buy that day she was still very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Ryan @ Shottenkirk Honda of Rome.
