The advisors were friendly and made the process simple, the quality of service was standard, but the timing was rough. This has been the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced I have been here since 12:00 and it’s 3:19 and they still haven’t even pull my car in the shop for the oil change. Horrible service. Tried to scam me out of $1700 for wheel bearings that weren’t needed. Then tried to claim my tires were completely “undriveable”.
