The initial service (driver rear tire replacement) communication and timing by Haydn was very good. When leaving the dealership the lower tire pressure warning light was on and no individual tire pre communication and timing by Haydn was very good. When leaving the dealership the lower tire pressure warning light was on and no individual tire pressures were displayed. So, I returned to the dealer. fI was told that it would take 5 miles for the individual tire pressures to her displayed, but no explanation was given to why the low tire pressure warning light was on. So, I drove home (~ 7 miles) an there was no change in the warning light or tire pressure displayed. I returned to the dealership and Haydn personally checked the tire pressure on each tire. He had no explanation for why these issues existed. He asked if I could come back the next day to have the issue addressed. I agreed to so around 9:00 am. Upon arriving at the dealership Haydn was not at work and no one was notified to expect my return. Sydney was very helpful in getting me checked back in. Unfortunately, I was not notified that my car was fixed until ~ 4:30 PM and then I had to wait almost an hour before I was picked up by the shuttle. The shuttle driver (Shirley?) was very friendly and courteous. The issues with the low tire pressure warning light being on and no tire pressures being displayed was resolved. I was told that a sensor was damaged when the rear driver's side tire was replaced. My lower ratings for this service are based on two things: 1) the lack of communication from Haydn to others in the service department to expect my return the next day and 2) the failure to identify the issues with the low tire pressure warning light and the tire pressure display not working prior to releasing the car back to me for payment and use. My wife and I have purchased 2 Sienna vans, 2 Camry Hybrids, and 1 Corolla Hybrid from, and had them routinely serviced, by this dealership when it was Reinhardt Toyota. We never experienced a service issue like this with Reinhardt. I am disappointed that the quality of service has declined under the ownership of Toyota of Montgomery. More
