I had a great purchasing experience and am satisfied with my car. There was a lot of quality inventory available for me to shop from and my sales rep helped me understand cost/monthly payment expectations ap my car. There was a lot of quality inventory available for me to shop from and my sales rep helped me understand cost/monthly payment expectations appropriately. We test drove 2 vehicles and the sales rep provided me with details about each vehicle for my better understanding. Once car was selected, we moved over to the financing process, which was also smooth. I would shop with Al Hendrickson Pre-owned team again and refer others to use them for their car purchases. More
