A lady named Jessica was very cool at 1st when purchasing the vehicles but as soon as it went left she acted like I was a bother and incompetent she would tell me one thing and do something else totally different. I also surrendered 2 vehicles due a bankruptcy they took them at different times but for some off reason 1 is unaccounted for and still in my name as of today. I'm still paying taxes on it. Even though it was supposed to be surrendered and I have called no information at all has been given. They all kept saying u shouldn't have to pay that but no one is really doing any digging to find out what happened with the vehicle at all and getting back to me. My deal is supposed to funded but I still have no paperwork or title to get new temporary tag from the DMV in Lexington. Crazy huh and if I hadn't called at all they wouldn't have even know I had the vehicle although I contacted Jessica through emails and her personal number last in April explained what was happening and she told me she would take care of it and it was going to be handled but it never happened I bought my car back in May of 2025 on the 25th and here it is July 15th and it still isn't completed. Still no payment information,no paperwork,no title,no new temporary tag no nothing at all. And when I reach out I'm told to be patient and quit calling her boss Tracy complaining. I was also told of I am pulled over it's gonna be on them directly from Jessica's own mouth to my ears. She acts like I'm bothering her by being persistent trying to get information on this situation as well as what happened to my vehicle I gave up during my bankruptcy and still no anything since then I told her I'm not reaching out anymore about this nonsense and if it's not handled in a good manner I was obtaining a lawyer she then tells me if I'm going to talk like that she couldn't help me....anymore....yeah so she sent me a personal text to my phone showing paperwork was FedEx over night to me but still have not got it yet.... I had cracks in the windshield that needed fixed. When my appointment was over I got in the car and the cracks were better but still visible. They should have said we tried but were unsuccessful.
