We took some time to review the Volvo CPO program and before proceeding and were never pushed to continue the purchase process, but once we had a chance to verify things, we had no issues going forward. My daughter was very bouncy but loved the kitchenette and felt exceptionally welcomed, and I so appreciated the snack box--it made it possible to go through the process without me feeling like I had to rush or else she'd melt down. He was incredibly responsive, which built trust immediately. Sal in Finance was fantastic, also very thorough and made the [boring] paperwork part fun.
