We took some time to review the Volvo CPO program and before proceeding and were never pushed to continue the purchase process, but once we had a chance to verify things, we had no issues going forward. My daughter was very bouncy but loved the kitchenette and felt exceptionally welcomed, and I so appreciated the snack box--it made it possible to go through the process without me feeling like I had to rush or else she'd melt down. My wife and her family have had numerous Volvo vehicles, so while I wasn't new to the brand, Chris still did a thorough job of explaining each step of the process, breaking down pricing, etc. I felt the whole process to be very transparent, which was important to me. He was incredibly responsive, which built trust immediately. Sal in Finance was fantastic, also very thorough and made the [boring] paperwork part fun. We've now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and looking forward to when it's time to work with them again. More
