I’m also a woman, and most of the sales people I’ve dealt with tend to talk down to me like I’m a child. God forbid a woman might actually know a thing or two about cars. Sal Lala was professional in every way. When I walked into the show room he asked how he could help. I explained I was there for a specific car, in a hard to find color, there were only two in the entire Chicago metro area. I also let Sal know I had just visited a different dealer about an hour away and wondered if he could do any better on the price. He said he would check. He came back about 5 minutes later and offered a price $500 less than the first dealer. I was pleasantly surprised! The only remaining drawback was I wanted heated seats, which neither car had. He said there was an aftermarket solution which he could install; at a decent price. SOLD!! The entire process took less than an hour. Sal talked to me like I was an adult and there was no haggling. If you’re in the market for a Lexus, make the effort to drive to Naperville and ask for Sal! More

Their service department is exceptional our Service agent is Mike Perelli, he can answer any question and always takes the best care of our vehicles. Our salesman this time was Sal Lala and couldn’t have made the purchase of our new Lexus any more enjoyable. My husband and I have had many luxury vehicals in our time together and we both agree Lexus is the only vehicle we would purchase. More
