Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater TN should be the gold standard for Ford to show other dealerships. Everyone here is fantastic, everything is smooth, painless, and most of all very fair. For example, usually sales people are a huge pain to deal with but not Lori. She makes the process fun and ensures I get something I’m happy with. I can also depend on her to follow up with any requests I have. Likewise, the administrative side of buying a car (paperwork/accounting) is usually a long arduous process. However, both Mike and Caren are always helpful with getting me the right level of extended coverage for a great price and in a very reasonable amount of time (This time I worked with Mike and he was a pleasure as always!). Overall, this is the best and most honest dealership I’ve ever been to or heard of. Even the owner is a fantastic guy who cares about happy customers. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed if you choose to get your next car here. I like new cars a lot so I'm on #10 at this point :) More
