Bought a vehicle here at the end of 2023, which honestly was a pretty good experience, but I sold it recently and have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for days to cancel my service c was a pretty good experience, but I sold it recently and have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for days to cancel my service contract on the vehicle with absolutely no luck. Not one single time in over 20 calls has a finance manager answered the phone. I have resorted to calling sales but when they transfer me, finance still doesn't pick up. And their mailboxes are all full, so I can't even leave a message (not that I have much of a hope that anyone would get back to me). I know that cancelling a service contract is the last thing they want to do, but it's something I'm entitled to and it just shouldn't be this hard. I would go into the dealership just to get this over with, but since purchasing the vehicle I have moved 30 hours away, so thats a no go..... please just answer the phone! edit: finally got someone to respond via the online contact form... but despite them saying someone would reach out, no one ever did even after I followed up. Frustration is increasing. More

Worst dealership in the Northwest, hand's down. I’ve had so many bad experiences with Rairdon’s it’s hard to know where to start—but I’ll go with the most ridiculous. I leased a Jeep 4xe from them, partly because it was advertised to work with the included powerbox accessory. Surprise: it doesn’t. When I brought it in for service, I was informed by their own team that the feature isn’t even compatible with my vehicle. Would’ve been nice to know before signing a lease, but apparently the sales and parts departments have no idea what they’re selling. When I tried to follow up with the sales manager, they couldn’t even figure out who sold me the car—too much turnover, I guess. Sounds like a great place to work. If you’re thinking of calling to ask about service or vehicle features, good luck. I’ve been told—twice—to bring my Jeep in for something, only to be sent home and told I needed a different appointment. Consistently wrong information seems to be their thing. Bottom line: these folks have no clue what they’re doing, or what they're even selling. There are tons of places to buy a Jeep in the PNW—throw a dart at a map and go anywhere else. Odds are, it’ll be a better experience. Oh—and when you’re done, don’t be surprised if they beg you for a 5-star review. Nothing says “healthy work culture” like desperate review-begging. More

My recent experience purchasing a 2021 Mazda CX-30 at this dealership left me feeling misled, unheard, and pressured into a deal that I was clearly uncomfortable with. The deal was supposed to be fina this dealership left me feeling misled, unheard, and pressured into a deal that I was clearly uncomfortable with. The deal was supposed to be finalized late on a Friday, and immediately after, I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership and voice concerns about the loan structure and the unexpected fees and add-ons. I never received a call back from anyone willing to address them. Thankfully, I reached out to HAPO Community Credit Union the following Monday, and they informed me the loan was still in processing. I visited the dealership that same day and asked to restructure the deal: • I wanted a shorter loan term than the 84 months I was signed into • I requested the removal of unnecessary add-ons and mandated fees I did not knowingly agree to. Despite this, the dealership went ahead and finalized the loan early on Tuesday, knowing I had concerns. Throughout the process, they continually claimed they were saving me money and had given me a great deal, even after I expressed that I didn’t feel that way. They pointed to how they “did me a favor” especially by giving me $2,000 for my 2017 Jeep Patriot, despite me confirming that it was worth significantly more, even with repairs. I was made to feel like I should just be grateful and accept it. Let me be clear - I am not satisfied with is how the dealership handled the deal and the lack of transparency throughout. The inflated add-ons were never properly disclosed or discussed, and I was not given the chance to opt-out before finalizing. When I tried to challenge these charges, I was given an email to reach out to in an attempt to remove the add-ons, instead of receiving any real help. I felt bullied and pressured into a deal I was never fully comfortable with. They processed everything, knowing I wasn’t satisfied with the terms, and dismissed my request to restructure it fairly. Buying a car should involve trust, respect, and transparency — none of which I received here. More

Traded in a wonderful perfect car for another one. This deal was over the phone, photos were taken of the new car. I asked two different people there to tell me any accidents, damage, dents anything. This deal was over the phone, photos were taken of the new car. I asked two different people there to tell me any accidents, damage, dents anything. They both said no. In fact I got a video of the car but they skipped the damage. They drove the new car to drop it off and pick up my old car. The new car came... dent on the hood. It was in an accident. The bumper has a crack and paint damage. The side marker lights need to be replaced. It needs new breaks. I talked to the general manager on the phone before signing more papers. He told me to take it to my body shop and send an estimate. I did what he asked. Once he saw the est amount for all the damage, he turned on me and said no I will not pay for it up there. I will have someone come get the car drive it 5 hours back and have them fix it. He was rude in his email. He said someone will call and make arrangements. 6 days later I have not heard from them. They don't hold up to there promises. I would be careful buying from there. Check every thing out. Would never buy or suggest anyone to go there. Update. Took my car to les schwab, this car dealership lost all my trust. Now I need new breaks, alignment and I have under the car frame damage.. worst company ever More
