2nd time buying a car from this dealership , First was January of 2025 and a month later it was in the shop for over 30 days for multiple issues. 2nd time was September of 2025. I was told that the car has no issues and it was updated and good to go. They gave it to me not charged and the key fob was not connected to the car i had to touch the power button with the key fob for it to work. They wanted me to lie on the survey and give me them a 10/10 on everything when they deserve a 1 out of 10 for lying and providing a product with problems to a paying customer. After i told the truth on the survey they called me and tried to guilt trip me saying that it cost a lot of people money by me giving a bad review. They constantly harassed me when all i asked for is a working vehicle. Now a month later and my car is in the shop for electrical issues. Never buy from this dealership or dodge products in general. They are a bunch of crooks. More

Shortly after my Dodge Challenger's 60k service that included rear brakes—the rear of the car started groaning on turns and the differential and drive train went out on top of needing new tires. Outside of the expensive cost to repair it like new, Vivienne, my service advisor was very helpful in my stressful situation from connecting me with the mechanic, Alaa, who serviced my car on the prior "60k" service so the same eyes would be on my car to arranging the car rental service to come pick me up making for smooth transition from car worries to driving home. Alaa, the mechanic, did great delivering a car that felt nice and tight upon starting and exiting the dealership. While Vivienne got my tires ordered and I will come back in a week or so to have them installed helping with the breaking up the massive charges I'll be absorbing to get my dream 2020 Dodge Challenger 50th Anniversary Edition #23 of 70 cars made that I even wrote about in my first novel: Ed Savage and the Savage Murders Trilogy: The Savage Saga—Volume 1 of 3 R/T Shaker: 70 units per color, for a total of 490 cars were made in total and my Go-Mango "go man go" (Orange) with the black matte top and that Orange Shaker make my dream car an eye catcher that I'm keeping forever and I'm thankful to Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland for keeping my dream car alive! I would highly recommend the service team of Vivienne and Alaa for anyone needing repairs. More

Service department is not honest! And were unable to fix problem. Claimed codes to be in truck, there was no mention of codes from tech in paper work I received.
