The service team completed the water‑pump installation quickly and correctly, and Meaghan kept me updated throughout the process, even sending photos of the old pump for my peace of mind. 2nd time buying a car from this dealership , First was January of 2025 and a month later it was in the shop for over 30 days for multiple issues. 2nd time was September of 2025. I was told that the car ha January of 2025 and a month later it was in the shop for over 30 days for multiple issues. 2nd time was September of 2025. I was told that the car has no issues and it was updated and good to go. They gave it to me not charged and the key fob was not connected to the car i had to touch the power button with the key fob for it to work. They wanted me to lie on the survey and give me them a 10/10 on everything when they deserve a 1 out of 10 for lying and providing a product with problems to a paying customer. After i told the truth on the survey they called me and tried to guilt trip me saying that it cost a lot of people money by me giving a bad review. They constantly harassed me when all i asked for is a working vehicle. Now a month later and my car is in the shop for electrical issues. Never buy from this dealership or dodge products in general. They are a bunch of crooks. More
