This would be zero star if the options was available. This dealership service center had my car for 7 days and could not diagnose what was wrong. They wanted me to pay $1,425 test to see if it would make the car so they could diagnose it. They suggested over $3k in repairs with no guarantee that the car would even run. I was going to have the car towed to another dealership after there incompetence and they would not release my car after it was paid for for about a full hour. Once the car was towed to the Puyllup dealership they had it diagnosed and repaired back on the road in about 30 min from the time the tow truck dropped off the car. It was a $150 pcv hose with a hole in it. The Puyllup dealership had no problem connecting there laptop to my car and it pulled up the vin, car info and in less that a full minute they had all the codes. When I went back to Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn to file a complaint the service manager I talked to double down and claiming I did not understand and it’s my fault for not understanding what repairs they needed to do and he stood by his tec. Instead of being apologetic. This was clearly not the case there tech was wrong or was using faulty equipment trying to diagnose my car. Had I listened to Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn I would be out $1,425 test diagnostics plus’s the $200 regular diagnostics fee and my car would still be stuck at the dealership not working becouse they could not find or see or even hear the air leak that the other dealership found. they call them loaners but it’s really a rental. They charge you for there curtesy loaner. This dealership also blamed me and claimed I had never been a a customer at this dealership meanwhile I bought a legacy there and had all the service done there before I bought my forester. Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn was just out to scam and get extra money without supplying proper support to fix my car More
