I recently purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V Touring from Rairdon's Honda of Burien. It was a terrible experience. I had to pay $4,948.22 for body work and automotive repairs after purchasing the vehicle. Rairdon's Honda of Burien. It was a terrible experience. I had to pay $4,948.22 for body work and automotive repairs after purchasing the vehicle. Shortly after purchasing the car, it would not start, and I had to call my insurance company’s roadside assistance to have the battery jump started. I took the car to Bellevue Honda where they replaced the battery. They also found that the driver’s side fog light was out, and I had them replace that as well. That was expensive as the front bumper had to be removed to replace the entire light unit, not just the bulb. Rairdon’s advertised that they had given the car a Certified Honda 182 Point Inspection, but they did not find the defective battery and fog light. The cost of the repairs from the body shop was $4,114.18. The cost of the repairs from Bellevue Honda was $834.04. Stay away from Rairdon's Honda of Burien! More

Disappointing Car Buying Experience I recently purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The advertised price did not match the final paperwork, with a brand-new vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The advertised price did not match the final paperwork, with hidden fees added at the last minute. The staff pressured me to sign quickly instead of addressing my concerns, which made the process stressful and frustrating. To make matters worse, the brand-new car they sold me had a defective battery. I was left waiting for nearly 20 minutes in freezing conditions before help arrived. The vehicle had to be brought back to the dealership for diagnosis, and I was placed in a loaner car instead of enjoying the new car I had just purchased. When I tried to follow up, communication was slow and dismissive. Overall, this dealership failed to provide transparency, professionalism, and basic customer support. I would strongly caution future buyers to double-check all paperwork, pricing, and vehicle condition before committing here. More

We drove a long way to get there and the car needed a detail and alignment. It was Sunday so I said I would pick it up Thursday. I forgot that I had an appointment Thursday so I called Wednesday and ask detail and alignment. It was Sunday so I said I would pick it up Thursday. I forgot that I had an appointment Thursday so I called Wednesday and asked if the car could be picked up that day and was told yes it would be ready. I took the light rail ( over an hour) then a taxi from the airport to get to the. Dealership to find out the car was not ready. I waited over an hour for them to “clean” the car. It looked ok but definitely didn’t look like I just bought a 2024 used car from a dealership. They lost my down payment check do I had to stop payment on it ($25 that I did not get reimbursed for) and sent them a new check. It got returned because they don’t have a Dropbox for mail so I had to give my debit card information over the phone. Then my license plate came in so they called and I asked if they could mail them to me and they confirmed my address. Waited 2 weeks no plates so we decided to make the hour drive a pick them up. In summary, it seemed that once I signed the paperwork, they were done with me and on to the next. More
