I had a very disappointing experience. It started with my car taking 2 day to be diagnosed and us notified with an estimate . Then repairs took an additional day. We had no communication on day one, then it took until 4pm on day 2 for any contact. I reached out multiple times each day with no response or return calls. Then when trying to speak with a manager. They were not available or went home each if the 3 days. When finally being contacted by the service director, he refuses to speak with anyone in person or on the phone. Amazing that you are still in business. More
