When I walked in the door I was immediately met by Sam Archer. I told him I was interested in a hybrid car. He asked me if I was working with anyone. I said no so he took me outside and showed me two 202 Archer. I told him I was interested in a hybrid car. He asked me if I was working with anyone. I said no so he took me outside and showed me two 2024 Ford Escape models that had some very attractive pricing that would significantly reduce the price of the car. We talked about doing a trade in with my existing Ford Escape Titanium. I told him that my last 3 cars were Escapeds. I decided that I'd like to test drive the Rapid Red color. Sam gave me a thorough overview of all the features of the car. He told me that someone on staff could look at and test drive my car and quote me a trade in value. I left with a lot of enthusiasm about the car but especially my experience with Sam. He was professional, knowledgeable and able to explain the car and its capabilities in language I could understand. I told him that I needed to talk to my husband about it and since we live in Mesquite, Nevada it might be the next day. Sam gave me his business card and said I could call his cell phone and let me know when I'd like to come back, After discussing it with my husband we decided to come up the following afternoon so my husband could see it and test drive it. My husband was equally impressed by the car and how much I liked it. Sam also checked to see if I was entitled to additional discounts because I was repeat customer. There weren't any but he did throw in some floor mats said there might be some additional adjustments that could be made when we talked to the financial person. His name is Dave. They were both great to work with. There was no high pressure from either of them. Buying my new Hybrid Ford Escape Hybrid was truly a pleasurable experience.
