My (long distance) purchase experience was great! Sam quoted me a price (and honored it even when we realized the vehicle had some extra items installed). He recommended a delivery service (which saved me from having to fly to Tulsa and drive back to Memphis). And I was able to do all the paperwork online. (p.s., I bought 'Hank', had him delivered, added Weathertech floor and cargo mats - and still have spent less in total than buying from any of my local dealers.) More
