Went back and had Sam from body shop drive with me in car. Sam agreed with issue and we took the car straight to mechanical repair. As we pulled into shop, Sam noticed a screw in the left front tire, that took care of the thump. John Hartman drove the car and agreed that the brakes needed to be looked at. John put me in a loaner and had the brakes fixed the next day. Everyone did a great job, which is why I keep purchasing all cars from this dealership. Thanks to all for your help. More

Tried to repair it 3 times and still doesn’t look good I was told that it would be a three day repair, now 5 weeks, 8 trips to Creve couer and three repairs later it still doesn’t look pre accident quality I was told that it would be a three day repair, now 5 weeks, 8 trips to Creve couer and three repairs later it still doesn’t look pre accident quality and I’m not happy about it. Took the car with the sun-par repair and was told I’d be contacted by the dealers owner the following day which has not happened. At this point I’m at a loss! I have 37$k left to pay on a car that looks like it’s been repainted terribly, they say that’s the best they can do. I have to deal with the depreciation of the bad repair and I’ve paid over 1000$ in payments while they have had my car and wasn’t even able to drive it. It was just a bumper cover on a brand new car. How is it possible that it can’t be repaired correctly!!!! More
