A few months after purchasing a new car at Anderson Honda, my wife and daughter went on a road trip, and the car suddenly stopped working. I desperately called the dealership for guidance, but no one was available to help. I asked to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car and was told she was busy and would return my call later, which she never did. I called again a second time and the person I spoke with was very rude, telling me it wasn’t his job to help me and that I should contact Honda directly since the car was still under warranty. Then he hung up on me. I really can't understand why a dealership would treat their customers so poorly, not to mention the fact that a brand new car stopped working, which is alarming in itself. Of course I'd never recommend Anderson Honda to anyone. Instead, if you're considering buying a new car, I strongly recommend to take your business somewhere else that actually values and respects its customers. Buying a car is a big decision, and you deserve better than this. More

Was in the market for an Odyssey so I contacted several dealerships online for an instant price quote. Anderson Honda was able to offer the lowest price on the car I wanted. So the day of the appointment with Sam, I contacted the dealership to verify the availability and price before driving down. Spoke to the GM Will on the phone and since they did not have the preferred color I wanted, he stated it was my lucky day and offered the Platinum White Pearl color for no additional cost. When I got down there, I was informed they could not do that price. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. I knew I was getting a very good deal regardless so I didn't press the issue. Sam, my salesman, was very accommodating and did remove the GPS tracker dealer add-on when asked. Sam and Anderson Honda receives 5/5 for their low prices, no pressure sales and professionalism.
