Johnny helped me out with my first test drive at the beginning of my search, Sam helped me when I popped back in with a couple of quick questions about the vehicle, Abigail was big help when I checked back in to see if North Point would beat a lower price that I had received from another dealership, and when I came in to work on a couple of final issues, Eric gave me an honest assessment of my options and I walked away confident that I had made the best possible deal. Robert did an excellent job of bringing the deal across the goal line, and then went above and beyond in addressing a couple of minor issues with the vehicle after I signed the paperwork. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers without being pushy or being "high pressure". This was our first time working with Wendy on financing the car and she was extremely personable and knowledgeable as well. We will be returning when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. The northpoint website and the ability to review carfax information before coming to the dealership also made us more informed about the vehicles we were interested in and therefore the buying process much easier and quicker.
