Very disappointed Lexus is certainly a much better vehicle in most yet how I was treated at the end of the pick up time was extremely poor. More

At first I was very excited to purchase my vehicle and the salesman was very attentive, but when it was time for the dealer to inspect my current car to give me a price for it, the salesman sent his wife the salesman was very attentive, but when it was time for the dealer to inspect my current car to give me a price for it, the salesman sent his wife to do the inspection; and as we were looking at numbers, he brought up in a rude way that his wife had looked up through my papers and had seen the offer from another company for that car. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and only decided to close the sale because I didn’t want to go through the process again at another dealer. But I felt my privacy was completely violated. If you’re doing an appraisal on someone’s property it doesn’t give you the right to go through people’s stuff. More
