Overall I had a fairly good experience at Corwin with a few minor issues. I was promised a out the door price at 5:30 PM on the 30th of April from Sales Manager John? which was inflated when presented th few minor issues. I was promised a out the door price at 5:30 PM on the 30th of April from Sales Manager John? which was inflated when presented the final invoice at 8PM by the finance manager. That was partially refunded when I complained and received a refund check 28 days later. I had also requested an opportunity to pay cash for the vehicle but was not allowed to which caused me to incur a additional interest charge which I felt was unnecessary. I commend Sammy Wetzel for her help throughout the process and gladly give her 5 stars and would give her more if allowed. We live 50 miles away and elected to pick up the New RAV4 Hybrid the next day. Sammy was off that day but volunteered to come in and show us all of the features which we greatly appreciated. More
