The “Managers” are very high pressure salesy. They pulled three different managers out on me for a cash sale and would NOT remove the add-on extra warranty package for an extra $2500! After the cash sale of my vehicle, I could not get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails, including the Finance Department (just because they did the paperwork), the sales floor or even the GM — who they boast on their website, will respond to anyone who requests. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not go back. More
