Back story, my daddy has always helped me with finding a vehicle. Back in 2013, we were looking for a good used car and he called me saying he found a Nissan Pathfinder in the Auto Trader. I said I found one online. Come to find out it was the same vehicle and we purchased it from Mitch Smith Chevrolet that week. Fast forward to 2022, my daddy passed away of covid pneumonia. I found a 22 Traverse online and went to the dealership to purchase. It was on back order due to covid. I met Samuel Tucker and put down some money to have first dibs when it arrived. Well that is Samuel and I became friends and family. When the vehicle arrived and I went to test drive, I kept saying I'm going to have a heart attack. Causes my daddy wasn't there to advise me. Samuel drove the car and I purchased it. The next year Chevrolet came out with the Tahoe in the same silver sage metallic as my Traverse. Oh I wanted one!!! I've always wanted a Tahoe. We looked online a couple times this year for a good buy and either it was out of my price range or too many miles. Then on Nov 10th, I received a picture of a Tahoe from Samuel in that color. It was a 2024 and being traded in with only 17K miles. They figured out the deal and on Friday, it was mine. Samuel said before I left, Gayle I think today went a lot better than the day you bought your Traverse and I agreed. Thank you Lord for putting Samuel and Shelia(finance lady) in my life as I went through these purchases. And they are truly friends who have become family.

Didn’t have any service completed.
Day of referenced service vehicle was in my possession and being driven daily. Although when I had dropped it off a month prior they was unsuccessful

To which I provided a detailed review at the time… to which I got a reply from “the owner” asking for me to reach out. Replied to email provided and nothing. So why make a review if the service department if there is no improvement. The service department of this dealership has been its issue for some time. The only saving grace is that my salesman cares and strives to make you for the deficiencies of this service department.
