Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More

Very strong service. People have been talking about it. And then there’s Jon Wellman. That Jon Wellman guy—an absolute BEAST. WOW. What a guy. TREMENDOUS guy. Some people say “small guy,” I don’t know, some people say it—but a GREAT guy. Amazing things coming out of that shop, and Jon is leading it. Many people are saying it. When I picked up my truck, it was running so smooth, people were stopping me, saying “Sir, is that a new truck?” I said no, it’s just been serviced by the best people. The smartest people.
