

After fifteen years in a dental career, Sandy felt compelled to switch gears. With her infectious smile and love of people she decided to try her hand at auto sales. Now, with seven years experience, she is as enthusiastic about her job as she was when she first started! Sandy grew up in Clinton, and spent most of her life living on the shoreline. In her spare time she enjoys helping her boyfriend Bill work on his racecar and attending his races, cooking, exercising, sports, the beach, and just spending time with family and friends.

Bought a used 2018 Outback that was sold and maintained at Reynolds. I took the car for a test drive prior to purchasing. TPS sensor came on. I was told they would correct the issue prior to picking up t at Reynolds. I took the car for a test drive prior to purchasing. TPS sensor came on. I was told they would correct the issue prior to picking up the car. Picked up the car on Saturday and half way home the TPS sensor came on. Returned the following Saturday to have it repaired. The customer rep indicated one sensor was bad and recommended replacing all four at a cost of $600 plus. She was unaware that it was service at no charge. When she realized her mistake the story changed to replace just one and keep a eye on the other 3. Kept me there for 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment. Front left tire was noticeably lower than the rest. Driving home from work the tire indicator went orange. Turns out air was seeping from the valve stem. The following day I received a customer survey on my phone. Filled it out and still waiting for a reply. I will not be going back next year when my wife will be trading in her Forester for a new one. I want her retirement car purchase to be a positive experience. More

Awwww yeahhh So back in October I inadvertently smashed my Honda; time for a new car! Wanted to try out a Subaru, a bunch of co-workers swear by their Subies and pointed me to Reynolds. I walked in and sat down with Sandy; within less than a half hour I had an order placed for a brand new 2015 WRX in the exact trims and options I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Just picked up my car a few days ago and could not be happier. Absolute kudos to Sandy and the rest of the gang at Reynolds, they put up with me throughout the whole process. Got me out the door on delivery day within 15 minutes, painless. All in all buying a new car from Reynolds is essentially 45 minutes total of car-buying bliss. But that's not all, once you think it's all over when you drive off the lot with your new car, think again! YOU GET COOKIES TOO! WHO DOES THAT!? No, seriously, they mail you a tin of awesome chocolate chip cookies. Would absolutely recommend the place to friends and family if they were ever looking to buy a Subaru. With the prices of cars going ever higher, and sales people that are less than honest or friendly. Well I have to say that the staff at Reynolds Garage has left a very good and positive impression on me. Their friendly attitudes make you feel welcome to be a part of their family. The price was terrific, the car was spotless and expertly delivered. The whole experience was actually fun. I will most definatly tell many friends about this wonderful dealship in the country. Sandy Spencer is a great asset to the dealership, and a real pleasure to deal with. The total Reynolds experience is one that everyone should have at least once. I am also very grateful to Keith for squeezing in a repair on the Legacy on Monday without an appointment. Once we thought we had it built there were still some questions about it so we needed to ask a professional. From the second we met Sandy she was so friendly and helpful. She payed attention to what my wife wanted and made sure she got the perfect car. Even though they didn't have it in stock they brought it in from a larger dealership. It is so refreshing having a dealership that cares about their Family name and reputation so they treat you with care. I definatley recommend you to go there for sales or service. More
