Good price on used car but customer service lacking I bought a used Toyota Highlander there in May, 2018. I got a good deal though Jon Frederick on the phone. Sara Kritzer was my original contact but sh I bought a used Toyota Highlander there in May, 2018. I got a good deal though Jon Frederick on the phone. Sara Kritzer was my original contact but she wasn't there when I came in to test drive the car. Chris Willis was there and he was excellent and patient even though the dealership was getting ready to close. My issue comes in when I called back the following week to speak to Jon Frederick and I have yet to get a return phone call. My thought is he doesn't care once you buy the car but before hand he called me, to make the deal. I did not call him. I had only spoke to Sara Kritzer. Even though this happened , I still recommended them to some friends of mine. They stopped by on June 20th to look at the RAV because they were considering it or the Honda CRV. They went in the show room and stood there for 25 minutes and no one approached them to help them. They left and went next door to Hertrich , got great customer service and bought a new CRV instead. How does no one not approach someone standing in your showroom if you want to sell cars? More

She answered all of our questions, she was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We agreed on a day and time to meet with Sara. As we made plans she responded quickly to our texts and our further questions. Upon arrival she took us on a test drive and explained in detail how to operate the car, as it was quite different than any other car we had driven previously. She was honest and the whole dealership gave the impression of being a place of integrity and honesty and excellence. The highly trained and very experienced technicians had checked every part of the car and had performed all maintenance and repairs that were needed. The dealership had put more than $1000 worth of parts and labor into the car and still sold the car at a very reasonable price. Heather helped us with the financial transactions and she explained everything very clearly. No one was pushy. I did not feel pressured at any time. We were so impressed with the people and the company. We highly recommend this dealership. Working with them was a pleasure and definitely worth the trip. Thank you Sara! We love our "new" car!! More

Very accomodating Sara was the perfect "host" at Koons. She offered many options when I was not sure what vehicle would work the best for me. A few hours after than we drove home in our "new to us" Toyota Sienna. It was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. All it took was a phone call, and in short order I had reached a general agreement with sales representative SARA KRITZER. Sara answered all of my questions carefully and, as it turned out, accurately. She was meticulous about the details, and she did an excellent job responding to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a more caring and professional sales rep. Sara even made arrangements for me to be picked up at BWI! I took delivery at the dealership on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 and by Thursday evening I was back at home, making it out of the mid-Atlantic just ahead of the record snowfall that was forecast.
