I caught BMW in a lie! Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put th Purchased two new tires, asked them to put them on the rear of the vehicle, since it is a rear wheel drive car, went to go pick it up and they put them on the front. The service tech continued to tell me that in his 17 years experience that the new tires should be in the front and not the back. I didn’t believe them, and asked them to send me in writing where it states that in their training. After two days of them searching for the answer, the service manager called me back and admitted they got it wrong and I was right. These guys are liars and have no idea what they’re talking about , they want their customers to think they know everything and just go away. This is the reason people do not trust car dealerships! Even if it is BMW. xxxx poor. More

Just purchased my second BMW through BMW of OP. The experience was absolutely the best car buying experience (both times) I’ve ever had. From the receptionist to the Finance office the staff is respect experience was absolutely the best car buying experience (both times) I’ve ever had. From the receptionist to the Finance office the staff is respectful and courteous. My credit is fairly average but they still got me an incredible interest rate. My salesperson Sonny is a credit to his profession. I enjoyed my time with the entire staff who managed to make me feel as though I was the only “GUEST’ in the entire dealership. The finance Manager stayed well after closing to fight for a better interest rate and got it! Thank you Tom Bush BMW! More

This past Saturday I went to purchase our first BMW product from Tom Bush BMW;the customer service the dealership and Mr. Salameh provided was great. I was greeted at the door upon arrival and the salesman was accomodating and friendly throughout the process. The quality of work that went into the deal I felt was great and the price and overall deal was great. Usually purchasing a car is long process back and forth but the purchase of our new BMW this past weekend was truly enjoyable and worth ever minute of my time. Hats off to the Tom Bush BMW dealership and the great associates working for him. Would definitely recommend my salesman( Mr.Salameh) and the dealership to friends and family in the market for a BMW product. Mike Curry More

Sari met us in the parking lot when we came looking for a new X3. He was very helpful, and took virtually the whole afternoon with us. After a test drive, he helped us "design" the specific car we were loo new X3. He was very helpful, and took virtually the whole afternoon with us. After a test drive, he helped us "design" the specific car we were looking for, which we ordered and received in three weeks. He kept us abreast of the status while the car was under construction, so we never had to worry how things were going. The car was available for us exactly when it was promised. Sari was very helpful in explaining the operation and functions of the new car. He has since called to make sure we were satisfied, and to see if we had any questions. More
