• Lack of Communication: There has been zero follow-up regarding my satisfaction or the vehicle’s performance.
• Lack of Accountability: Staff members now claim ignorance regarding previous agreements and act as if they are unfamiliar with the staff involved in my sale.
The dealership has failed to provide the "needs-based" service promised. I am seeking immediate resolution regarding the outstanding roof rack and a response to the unresolved service issues.

Yes, I know she earns a commission — that’s part of the job. But the effort she put in went far beyond that. She really cared about making sure I left happy, and I did. I absolutely love my new Honda Accord. It’s night and day from my old car, and I have her to thank for that.
Jesse in finance also deserves credit — he was friendly, professional, and kept the whole process smooth. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of Najma. She turned what could’ve been just another car transaction into a genuinely positive experience.
