Poor Customer Service We thought we would be able to work with this dealership. They have no haggle pricing which is nice. However, working with all the other sales departments including the General manager and owner (both of which told me they would call us back and didn't) displayed anything but professionalism. Fortunately we were able to take our business elsewhere and have received wonderful customer service from another dealership. I have NEVER experienced such a poor experience when buying a car. More

Successful Venture When I went to Cooper Chevrolet, I knew exactly what I wanted. I had checked Cooper's inventory on their website and knew that it was on the lot. I wanted a black Chevrolet Silverado just like the one that I have been driving for 15 years. I bought my old one at Cooper too. Scott Britt, Tim Bentley, and Marc Curlee were very easy to deal with. They were all professional, courteous, personable, and easy to deal with. They knew their business and helped the transaction to go smoothly. I know that there are no GREAT DEALS but I was pleased with the deal that I got. When I wear this truck out, I will be back for another. I am not a car dealer's best friend; I will be back in 15 years for another one when I am 91. More
