Your finance officer Howard is a liar and swindler. Howard on gave us only half of our documents which the ones that were missing were the finance documents. But, as a consumer I am under NO obligation to activate a 30-day free trial when I already know (from experience) that I don't want the 'on star' service, so that brought the dealership down 1 star. Otherwise, I would indeed highly recommend Buick GMC Brooksville and the very pleasant and helpful sales staff. Process was quick and they even took the time to double check for any recalls. I would be a returning customer in the future. More
